The new ScanArray 4000 is a three-color micro array analysis system that combines flexibility and upgradeability to micro array analysis. The ScanArray 4000 is available in standard or custom configurations and is easily upgraded to a ScanArray 5000 with the addition of alternative lasers, barcode reader or autoloader. The ScanArray 4000 is the perfect system for laboratories needing greater flexibility in the dyes they use for gene expression analysis. The GSI Lumonics ScanArray 4000 glass slide scanner can be used for reading the levels of bound target to the attached arrays following hybridization with expressed/target DNAs
