Packard FluoroCount

Packard's FluoroCount^TM Microplate Fluorometer can accept 6-to 96-well microplates and can excite and measure samples from above or beneath microplate wells. Excitation and emission filter wheels (with up to four filters each) let users sequence four wavelength combinations for each plate reading.

The Packard FluoroCount BF10000 fluorescent microplate reader is a
non-Isotopic microplate counters

Packard offers a wide range of non-isotopic detection instruments for microplate formats.  You can read 6,12, 24, 48 and 96 well microplates and they are robot compatible.

FluoroCount:  The FluoroCount's external light source allows you to optimise excitation light intensity to match fluorescent labels, and eliminates measurement noise induced by heat dissipation and stray radiation.  Close proximity excitation and detection from either the top or the bottom of microplates raises the detection sensitivity (10 fmol per well fluorescein).  Added to this, the wide dynamic measurement range and automatic gain selection provided by the digital photon integration electronics gives you the most sensitive fluorescence microplate reader.
