Turn key operation insures a  very high degree of ease of use.  To operate, simply use your pre-programmed method, or enter parameters for a new method by touching the keys on the control panel.  A real time display shows flow sequence, operating pressures, and temperature.  The standard three buffer techniques provide fast analysis of up to 44 compounds in less than two hours!

Ion exchange ninhydrin detection provides precision analysis and high speed for hydrolysate separations and physiological samples.  The key to this instruments unsurpassed reliability and precision is the "on stream" post column derivatazation which eliminates a sample preparation step and allows for more accurate quantitation.

The microvolume reactor and microbore tubing provides exquisite resolution.
