The Beckman DU 530 is a great basic research grade instrument that you’ll never need the operating manual to operate. It uses a Single Cell Module which supports a variety of optional cell holders including the 16mm test tube 1cm standard 5cm and 10cm rectangular turbidity and 50uL microcell . Typical starting configuration is the single cell cuvette holder.
