The Beckman Allegra X-15R is a refrigerated benchtop centrifuge ideal for all cellular separation applications. Featuring a fast processing speed and optimized recoveries, the Allegra X-15R meets the demands of high-volume facilities and laboratories.
The reliable Allegra X-15R centrifuge optimizes the workflow with its maximum RCF of 11,400 g and maximum speed of 10,200 rpm. The Beckman centrifuge also carries up to 10 user-defined programs, a brushless induction drive, 10 independent acceleration profiles and 11 independent deceleration profiles, and even includes a hold or pulse timer of up to 99 hours and 15 minutes.
Through the Beckman Allegra X-15R, performing both fast and slow blood component and harvesting up to 3 mL of microbial cells are made possible in just 14 minutes. The reliable centrifuge can also work with cell culture flask adapters to allow direct centrifugation of cell culture flasks and eliminates the transfer step to and from conical tubes for cell separation. This does not only reduce the chance of contamination, but also saves time and labor.
